I play MLB as of now. If I were to move outside I would move more of my equipment to speed. As of now I am trying to keep him balanced. With my boosts next season I have a couple of options. I currently have attribute bonus in tackling which yields +9.19. So as of next season that will be gone. What will be the effects of loosing that much tackling. Stat wise I think he is balanced. Our team was in the top portion of league in rush defense, but near the bottom in pass defense. Our corners got destroyed by pump fakes.

1. 2nd cap vision (currently at 55), remaining sa in d-general
2. All sps in SAs divided between monster hit and d-general
3. 3rd cap agi (currently 66), and either sa's or vision
4. Finally all into tackling bringing it up to around 65
5. other

A big question is how much does d-general help? Is Monster hit better?

Or 3rd cap agi and then more points into monster hit. I don't know that I'd go with more vision unless the preseason games show that ~61 doesn't get it done anymore. Monster hit is going to be good if you're making 10+ tackles per game. DLG gives a stamina and morale boost before a play, so you have to ask yourself if that benefits the team? Do they need morale, do they miss tackles? Do they have to play a lot because there aren't a lot of backups?

they do kind of miss alot of tackles now that I think of it. i will 2nd cap agi, put two points in dLG and the rest in monster hit

that should help a bit.

I have a similar LB as far as points in strength and tackling. He has plenty to play on medium tackling. One more point in monster hit and you'll have significantly more FF than missed tackles

I doubt its that cut and dry. Hes playing in USA AAA while you are in Africa AAA, apples and oranges. I would follow McFadden's advice, he gives some pretty solid directions for LBs from what Ive noticed.

Always find that funny. I've looked at the USA AAA and the overall team rankings are equivalent to African AAA. Overall level of players is the same. So being in the USA leagues automatically makes a player play better?

The rating scales are pretty big the higher up they go. I have played in Africa and I have played in USA, there are a LOT more good teams from top to bottom in the USA. Its more competitive and harder to do well consistently. More parity if you will. Agents tend to want their players to play in the USA league so those teams can be a little more selective over the builds they choose. So I look at the difference between 8 and 13 FFumbles and the 8 in the USA AAA is more impressive to me. Your 149 tackles furthers it, its not that its a bad accomplishment, its actually impressive, but as a D Coordinator I dont want to see anyone on my team running away with the tackle count like that. Id rather see balanced numbers.

Just a little math...

You had 1 FFum for every 12 tackle chances(149 tackles, 10 missed, 13 FFum)
He had 1 FFum for ever 9.5 tackle chances(59 tackles, 17 missed, 8 FFum)

just sayin...

Agilty and general. Especially sinse your tackling and strength are high enough like it is. General is a huge SA for a Def. Squad. although I think vision is going to be needed to go to the 60 cap by the start of next season (season 10)

I wouldn't say big time, I've seen a lot worse MLBs. Too many guys load up on strength like having a really high attribute is the end goal. But I'd say his build is a little confused for sure. Too much indecisiveness at the time he should have been specializing.

agreed. I believe once his agility is in the 80s along side his speed, he's got the basic attributes to be a MLB... he just needs the Def Gen. Is he the best MLB out there? no.... is he bad? far from it, he'll get the job done on a majority of teams out there
