I have 2 agents who are Lvl 23 Cornerbacks. They're slowbuilding, but already have CE.

- I'm planning to boost each 3X sometime next season
- Starting is not a factor, but PT is important, looking to be at least 2nd string
- Don't need a ridiculous contract, just a team that can pay for their EQ upgrades.
- Long term contract is a plus
