With the coming "semi-nerf" to attribute VA's , does anyone plan to invest heavily in RR to make up for lost Track Star / Quick ?
Personally, I am still "on the fence" about RR, I'm not sure about how much Speed / Agility it adds to your player ( 1% ea? / .5 % ea? / or nothing noticeable? )

I don't think that is necessary. The whole argument I saw against track star was that everyone was forced to take it. So if WRs and CBs both lose it, there is no net gain thus why add RR? If you list your speed, agility and catching I can tell you if I think it is worthwhile to invest in it.

On my speedster I think it definitely helps out on running crisper routes, on my possession guy I think I would rather have put the 30 points into speed. I trust Bort implemented RR correctly and think it must do something to help, but I can't be sure.

The more I think about it, the more I think RR makes your WR match the CB's speed and agility while running routes.

why would that b the case

Because the CB's SAs seem to do the exact same thing. Why does a 68 speed CB keep pace with a WR with 50+ more speed than him? I have seen it happen and am flabbergasted by it. SAs can be the only possible explanation for this.

This doesn't happen anymore, though it used to. Bort fixed the underlying bug last season. If it happens occasionally, other factors are at play.
