I've got a level 12 punter that needs a home. The stats are going to look a bit skewed because I didn't apply his skill points so that I could get more out of my training. I applied his skill points to needed attributes and he'll definately be an asset to your team. I've already got a punter that I've built and understand what it takes to be a productive punter... give me a shot.
