my scheme:

i would blitz the DE's and DT's, all the time, all defensive backs and safetys play conservative press coverage, outside linebackers play a mid-field zone, if it's a run play they stay there, if it's a pass play they cover the TE's or blitz, the middle linebacker stays in middle of the field at all times, except the occasional blitz, any questions?

4-3 Cover 2 Zone no blitzers no zone for every play?

Cause I think I saw a pre-designed defensive play for that.

I which case you could set up one output for that predesigned play.
