How much strength is needed to run on this style? What difference does running on 100% have compared to 75%.

Less side to side movement.

Not so much Strength as much as Carrying. 100% running style means you're more reckless and more likely to fumble.

He's right about the increase in fumbles but I wouldn't word it like that. Basically, with power running you're not really avoiding tackles so you're going to be running in to people more often thus increasing your chance to fumble. Also, you'll be running into the front line (very high str/tackling opponents) more often as opposed to elusive backs who usually get tackled by the back field with less str and tackling, meaning your chance of fumbling is also increased because of who is tackling you.

can you still break a lot of tackles on 80-90%?

yep. you just have to make sure you have a decent amount of agility.

a power rusher with 60 speed/agility should probably be around 75% power, rather than 100, imo.

I ran on -65 all during the regular season.

Alright, that makes more sense, thanks for clarifying. I may play around running on -50, I've got plenty of agility and QC and vision's getting up there, but in the past I've run almost exclusively on -100.
