Which one is better? I havn't had a pass quality Adv Eq but I currently have +2 tight spiral piece on my Qb.Ever since I've added that he's been throwing way better passes than he was.I am hoping to get the opinions of people who've used both or the pass quality Adv Eq.

If you haven't invested a lot in TS yet, then go with TS. If you already have it up there then Pass Quality.

This is actually a trick question, as they are pretty much the same thing. Read the Tight Spiral description - improves PASS QUALITY!! While no one knows what that means from a SIM standpoint, I interpret them to mean the same thing, so whichever one you take will have roughly the same benefit.
