He will be available after day 40, and he would like a starting spot on a team that will properly utilize a speed TE. This TE also had adequate vision for the upcomming passing/receiving changes for s9, and should be an absolute beast if used properly. AA or higher teams only please. Teams should also have adequate funds for the lvl 48 eq upgrades that will be needed after boosting at the start of s9...at least after the season ticket sales.
