Would anybody expect it to be different?

Vision should be all about getting yourself in position to make a play, but once you are there its up to your physical attributes to actually make it happen.

It doesnt help you jump the snap
its helps you not get a delayed snap (in other words, increases you chance of a normal snap)

Yeah, that's how I figured it to work, but some have really screwed themselves by dumping tons of points into it.

I always figured it's impossible to get your dot to move BEFORE tick 1. So once you have enough vision to move at tick 1 the majority of the time (let's say 95%) then you're all set. The question is... does this occur at 30 vision or 50 vision?

If attribute VAs are getting a decrease and Jump the Snao doesn't work, What Va do you think will "THE" DE VA.

This player is hard to block. Each level of Heavyweight gives a +2% bonus to knocking down his blocker when breaking a block.

Requirement: 225 Weight

All DE's are 225 and above. High agi can easily break blocks.

but they don't necessarily have a high base roll for knocking down blockers. So they may get a lot of chances/rolls, but if the odds of knocking the guy down are 10%, +30% makes that 13%, which means out of every 100 blocks you break, you'll knock the guy down 3 more times than you would otherwise.

JTS does work good.

With 51 vision and now 7 in JTS, look at my DE, also 7 in First Step

The real question is if Bort didn't know vision actually worked ,why did he keep hinting(if not outright saying it) that vision was essential for a good defensive end build?

No the real question is, " how much do you need to make it work". Everyone knows Vision helps a Defensive lineman. But what extremes do you take it?
