I have my natural strength at 68 for my level 20 power back. Should I save up the 20 points it's going to take to go to the next cap? Or should I just get carrying up to 68 naturally and only continue with equiptment on strength.

Tough call. Personally, though, I'd just go ahead and hard-cap agility next (of course, this is after you reach a point through training where you feel comfortable adding points) and then at least soft-cap carrying.
