Looks good. Capped carrying at minimum and eventually work to 60 if he does get a lot of carries. With that speed/agility ratio, I'd suggest some points in quick cut, which helps with adjusting your blocking angles as well as rushing.

Also, if he's to be a useful blocker you need to work on the Lead Block SA.
