Beckett Chase - level 49 OLB (no pts in Defense General)

From his bars, it should be pretty obvious about what his build is. I will provide the specifics to teams who interest me. Most of the teams that I will consider can likely pretty accurately guess his build without me even providing it, I would imagine...
Before anyone asks - No, the team ownership of his current is not being renewed. He will thus be a FA this offseason once the ownership expires.
What I am looking for -
1. A very competitive team, not in USA Pro West (likely won't sign in USA Pro East either), in a league that is level-matched to Beckett (likely only AAA or Pro).
2. Active team with active forums (if I PM you his build, I will likely request forum access).
3. Proof that scouting and gameplanning are done for all competitive opponents.
4. OLB position - Beckett is not built to be a MLB.
5. Beckett lacks all of his level 48 equipment and one upgrade of his AEQ - I will expect money for these upgrades to be made available upon signing.
6. 1 year contract with no trade clause. If I enjoy the team, I will certainly extend or re-sign with you.
7. ** Enough playing time for max exp. He does not have to start. **
I won't likely be rushing into a decision as I have to travel later this week and won't return until next Tuesday. While traveling, I will have limited access. But I figured I would start the process of gauging interest in Beckett prior to my departure.
