In the battle of the power backs we have the Csonka led Monmouth Evil Monkeys, repping USA Pro, taking on the Lake Opeta Legionnaires and Jedi Knight out of Africa Pro.

In the battle of the Strong I exploiters (joke), we have the USA Pro Washington Wolfpack taking on the CPL Dryden Blues.

Hmmm, I have players on three of these teams. Rigged I tell ya!

Good luck to all teams - when your games are finished, winners please schedule with one another and losers please schedule with one another for the 3rd place game (which is worth $20).

Remember when the wolfpack used to claim to be better than other teams because they ran a variety of rushing plays from a variety of formations? what happened?

I didn't see a variety of running plays from Dryden, did you?
Besides, we were in lol pass mode all second half. Truth is, it's playoffs now, and I don't think we're going to compete with strong I Csonka without simplifying things

I'm not talking about Dryden. Just pointing out that you guys are off your high horse, that's all.

Also, if you really want to drag Dryden into this (we shouldn't) they did pass twice on non 3rd downs on their first drive, compared to the predictable 0 from WW.

were we stopped? I love me some Asheme. I was surprised they couldnt utilize the 5WR safety blitz exploit though. I guess their safeties are too slow, but Spicewood's aren't.

I know you are trolling Gart, but this can go both ways, looking at your own team, the best team in CPL
We played pretty nice in the regular season. Let's not forget how often we were 'mocked' for being playoff failures. No more.

Besides, we couldn't be but so mighty, we were only ranked 5 or 6 in the Own Committee. We're just sheep

Jesus christ, just because you say someone's trolling doesn't mean they're trolling.

I'm simply stating that WW used to ride their high horse and brag that they ran more rushing plays than the strong I slam. They don't anymore.

If you want to take offense to that factual statement, by all means go ahead, but don't write it off as me 'trolling'.

Also, congrats to WW for making it to the final. Not trying to take anything away from their victory.
