Next season could be the first season where most of the new call ups find it hard to make the playoffs.
In previous seasons, there was a large divide between the top playoff teams and the bottom ones. The 7 and 8 seed were really only getting playoff spots because there weren't 8 really good teams.
This season 6 of the 9 new teams made the playoffs, but only 1 advanced to the second round.
There were legitimate good teams that missed.
So where does that leave the new teams coming up?

with the Fins or Royals getting another moveup if it comes from AAA2. We'll get a third team from either AAA2 or AAA1 to replace LFVE, but I think everybody who is gutting besides them already is in the bottom 2 of their conference.
