Apart from last season, Wu-Jax vs Paris Phillies has become a tradition in the WEPL alpha playoff. To honor this tradition, our GMs have spent quite some time game-planning, at least we have to keep the game close till the last minute, and we actually did beyond that.

In late 3rd quarter, we were sacked in back-to-back plays, followed by a INT-TD, which made us down by 10. But Joe Chang delivered 3 big 3rd down conversion in the next drive and we got 7 back in the scoreboard.

We forced a turnover on down in your next drive but we couldn't get in the FG range while it was only 10 yards away. We forced another punt next drive, with 3 timeouts and 1:50 left on the clock, on our OWN 4, we drove the ball for 66 yards into FG area, tie it and force OT.

Finally, the coin flip went into our favor, we got the ball first in OT, and I know we're not going to give the ball back to you this time.

Our player of the game, Joe Chang, who converted 10 out of 11 in 3rd down situation. His number in the classic match-up: 217.5 receiving yards.

I wonder if Wu-Jax - Paris Phillies counts as a rivalry match-up now while we add yet another high-tension game in the book. Thank you Wu-Jax for this great game. Good luck in coming seasons.
