Game notes: B-town lead by the west conf. offense player of the year Shreve Unitas threw for 274 yards to crush the Ants.while RC on the back of a 423 yard passing attack won their game. In the last meeting of these two RC scored 14pts in the final period to only lose by 1pt. while RC has a more balanced attack, and B-town has no running game what so ever. we see this game as to who can stop the pass will win. we are picking RC for the upset.


2.Springfield Meltdowns LR#5
3.Graested Empire LR#6
Game Notes:Springfield getting by AK late in the game gave them the win, while Graested had a 30-3 lead at half and then let NBA get back into the game but still pulled out the win. these two had to wait all season long to play each other in the last game of the season SF winning that game. but this is the playoff's where anything can happen.
that being said expect a close game with a few int's sack cussing stepping on players while they are down just a plain nasty i hate you game. If Graested finds its running game then we see a win if not then SF makes to the next step. we see this game as a last min FG by Graested


Eastern Conference
1.San Diego Invaders LR#2
4.Phoenix City Warriors LR#8
Game notes:with SD coming off a 970 total yard game. And being one of the 3 teams to defeat PC this year. PC has a tough game coming into SD after going into OT to win with FG, 3mins left to squeak by Seattle.Lucky in that game but not so lucky coming to SD. San Diego looks to move on to the Conf. championship game


2.Paris French Connection LR#3
3.CollegeTown USA LR#1
Game notes: OH BOY! this is the game of the weekend, both teams were in cruise control and won handly, knowning full well who each was going to play and here we go.in 4 games these two are split 2-2 vs each other, this year CTUSA beat PFC 16-7. who will win this game. looking at it deeper IF PFC can run the ball and play a stiff "D" and keep CTUSA off the field like they did Vs. SD then they will win, IF CTUSA can shut PFC rushing down and not let their passing go ape shit wild then CTUSA will. this is a game where i dont want to pick a winner for. but i will say CTUSA in a close game wins in the final mins.

Not to niggle, but Shreve tossed for 375 and 7 touches. I think that River City is a great team that just came up short in a few games. Looking forward to it.

RC has been one of Springfield's two biggest rivals, the other is Las Vegas Avengers, but they got promoted.
