I want my LB to be a QB Nightmare. Meaning I wanna get lots of sacks and be good at stoping the run at the same time. Here is the link to him.

I really need some help with him like what stats to build and how to build them. I don't quite get what slow building is or stuff like that so any help would be much appreciated.

retire him and get off to a better start and a better roll imo. look up slowbuilding on glbwiki.com and also look up the 'perfect rolls' thread or whatever and read some of the threads on this forum before you start leveling the guy.
