Played on a slow build team this season in a league that out leveled our team by double digits almost every game.
This guy is not a stat whore. I've focused on attributes that make him effective rather than a stat filler. Pancakes are overrated. Blocking the LB on a run play is what a great OG does. Still, he gets his share of pancakes.

What I am looking for in a team ownership:
Active owners that game plan, regardless of opportunity to win. A concerted effort to win every game. An active forum. Advanced access with read permissions only would be a bonus.
