8-0 last week. 106-22 overall

1. Monmouth Evil Monkeys V Las Vegas Freebirds. The Monkeys Destroyed the Rebel Yell 80-0. For the 3rd time in 4 games The Monkeys offense put up huge passing numbers. Csonka found the endzone on 8 of his 26 carries and the defense gave up 2.5 yards rushing TOTAL.

http://goallineblitz.com/game/replay.pl?game_id=373227&pbp_id=15440723

The Freebirds continue to fall dropping their 5th in a row in 7 our of 8. Offensively they had one of the worst games of a non gutted team I have seen in a long time. Managing only 78 total yards in their loss to the Cannes.

Evil Monkeys win 49-7

2. Washington Wolfpack V 3. Lincoln Navigators. The Pack crushed another opponent yesterday, smashing SDL 38-7. On top of the usual monster games from the S and P back field, Erik Perez was unconscious going 14-15 and tossing 2 TDs. The Pack D totally shut down the Lightnings attempt at going with a run heavy attack

http://goallineblitz.com/game/replay.pl?game_id=373201&pbp_id=15449526

The Navigators returned to their winning ways after dropping two in a row with a solid win over the Vikings. With their running attack not being effective the Navs turned the game over to their QBs who responded in leading them to the W. Other than 2 big plays early on, their Defense was great holding the the Vikings scoreless for the last 34 minutes of the game

http://goallineblitz.com/game/replay.pl?game_id=373229&pbp_id=15450832

WW wins 35-28

4. HHW V 7. Spicewood Longhorns The Cannes D was simply awesome in shutting down LVF. Holding a team to 78 total yards and 2 of 13 passing is not something you see in USA PRO often. When they had the ball HHW used a balanced run/pass mix to control the clock and put points on the board.

Spicewood Pulled out an Overtime win in a shoot out over SBS. Down 10 with 3 minutes to go, the Longhorns put up two scores to send it to OT. The last TD was a hell of a play. The Bukka V MR. SMITH Duel lived up to expectations and Laurie had a great game throwing.

http://goallineblitz.com/game/replay.pl?game_id=373174&pbp_id=15441791 LAST PLAY OF REGULATION TO TIE THE GAME

HHW wins 31-24

5. Minnesota Marauders V 9. San Diego Lightning. MM picked up the second blowout win in a row over a lower tier team, jumping out to a 35-3 halftime lead the game was never in question. 10 sacks led the defensive effort. Offensively Gore and Casino each banged in 4 TDs.

http://goallineblitz.com/game/replay.pl?game_id=373184&pbp_id=15435676

The Lighting looked inept against a very good WW team. They are going to have to step it up on O if they want to have any chance at a playoff spot.

http://goallineblitz.com/game/replay.pl?game_id=373201&pbp_id=15446050

MM wins 38-21

6. Chicago Hedgehogs V 15. Columbus Bucks. The Hogs came back to win a squeaker over the Burlgars. In a sloppy game where the two teams combined for 8 turnovers Chicago Managed a late TD than held on defensively to pull out the W.

Bucks are done

http://goallineblitz.com/game/league.pl?league_id=2

Hedgehogs win 45-17

8. Bourbon Street Bullies V 14. Dallas Vaqueros. The Bullies picked up a much needed win in their playoff push by dominating The Bucks on the ground. Defensively they were able to put pressure on Sheppard all game long.

http://goallineblitz.com/game/replay.pl?game_id=373139&pbp_id=15446217

Dallas decided that Punting is not an option....Neither is winning

BSB wins 41-17

10. South Bay Spartans V 12. Parma Burglars. SBS lost an overtime thriller yesterday. A monster game by MR. SMITH was offset by a poor defensive effort.

http://goallineblitz.com/game/replay.pl?game_id=373174&pbp_id=15431793

Parma also blew a late lead to drop yet another game.

http://goallineblitz.com/game/replay.pl?game_id=373124&pbp_id=15434402

SBS wins 35-30

11. Compton Vikings V 16. Richmond Rebel Yell. The Vikings put up a decent defensive effort but couldn't move the ball consistently against the Navs.

http://goallineblitz.com/game/replay.pl?game_id=373229&pbp_id=15447791

RRY is gone.

Compton wins 42-17

I don't mean to wish losses upon people, but I'd really prefer not to play MEM/WW in the 1st round

Ideally I'd like to see:
- Spicewood beats HHW, go to 10-6
- Hedgehogs lose to Bucks, drop to 9-7
- Marauders lose to SDL, drop to 10-6
- BSB beat Vaqueros, go to 10-6

That'd put BSB as the 6th seed (I think) squaring us up with Lincoln in the first round. I wouldn't mind playing HHW either, anything but the death sentence that is MEM or WW.

Does it really matter, you will eventually have to go through MEM or WW.

Lol I just think at this stage in the game the West is broken into tiers.

- MEM, WW
- LN, HHW
- The rest of the playoff teams.

I can always pray for a crazy, high turnover playoff upset. Happens way too often that the top seeds don't win.

"death sentence"

I'd like to think that we'll beat the Navigators, but I won't be surprised if they win by double digits. Which would put them at the #2 and WW at #3. Playoffs are going to be interesting -- I'm expecting a few upsets tbh.

Yea was so nice shot our chances for a little extra income by missing the playoffs, even if it would have only been for the 1st round.
