The Purple People Eaters have been on a hot streak lately, winning five in a row, including an upset of the Steel Curtain. The Bootleggerz have been hotter, running off 10 in a row following a season opening loss to the Dreamteam.

This looks to be a defensive battle. I hope we can pull off another upset.

It was an ugly game to say the least, but I'll take it anyday of the week.

thanks, I was really hoping for the upset. we just couldn't get our offense going (a problem we've had all season).

That game was tough, but we made up for it with an upset over the Poweztown Dreamteam. Though I'd say it wasn't much of an upset, I feel we are the second best team in the east. We just started a little slow

I don't know about the 2nd best because we have't seen Pittsburg yet, but you are without a doubt in the top three.

I'll vote for Vegas being second best in the East

I can't argue with that statement either after you guys beat Pittsburg. We've known from the get go that Vegas was a good team. A couple of losses hurt you guys, but you do have a good team.

I accept the apology Dawg and I'm willing to let bygones be bygones, but there is something I have to say to you first. We didn't start it. I sat by and bit my lip while you kept on and on about how you dominated us. Finally I had to say something. I'll give you the fact that you guys beat us a lot worse than the score showed, but if you look at our roster from that game and compare it to our roster now you'll see we have quite a different look to us. So, with that being said, good luck to you guys in the playoffs. When I said I hope we meet again, I do. Not because I don't like your team, but because I want to avenge our only loss to date. Hell..... the first game we played I posted in the forums and said "Wow, what a great defense" And your defense has gotten so much better. The only problem sometimes, is your offense. But, defense wins championships.

If we (Steel Curtain) lose this next game, we could drop more in the Seeding, that'll be a huge Drop in 2 weeks after being Number 2.
