I'm slow building my wide receiver and he just hit the 68 speed cap. Since I want to build a speed wide receiver here, how much further should I go? I don't mind waiting a little longer to be good as my team understands slow building. Thanks everyone.

Maybe take him to the 74 cap, but that's as far as I'd go. You could even stop at 68 and just let the level gains take care of it from here on.
