The Caracas Vikings are going slow build, and need new agents and players to help us towards our future goals. All of the management team and coordinators will be staying with us, and we have also added build consultants and gm's with some great experience and knowledge.

We have already started adding some great slow build info, a positions needed and filled board, and info about what the plans are from now until the start of next season.

If you have position specific knowledge on how to make a great player, that is very welcomed as well. We will provide as much information as we possible can to make this the best team that we can.

The stadium will be completed in the off season, assuring us of a solid financial future. We will have over 25 million to start next season, and since we will have newly made players on the roster, our finances will be in great shape for when it's time to start being competitive and getting players their equipment.

Some of our management is looking very forward to this, as a few have never been involved with slow build teams. Everyone will have all the support they need, and communication is greatly encouraged.

What is your level cap?

I have a Level 8 DT in the D-League and I am looking for a quality slow build team to hook up with. If you are interested, send me a PM.

Def. Coord. here, looking for a solid two deep that gets equal playing time to starters and backups. Both will start their slow builds at the same time and go in similar direction. We will try and have some geared toward passing and some toward rushing so that we can adjust in the future. Looking forward to the next several seasons.

Looking good, gentlemen, we're getting a nice blend of experience and knowledge for the future. Still lots of positions available. If you don't want to make a player, but would like to offer some build advice, have a great understanding of a scheme, are a wiz at special teams coordinating, etc, you're more than welcome to check us out.

This game can take a lot of time, and sharing the load keeps ya from pulling your hair out when it looks like a team can really go somewhere, but you only have so much time in a day that you can spare.

Advance scouts, yelling when you catch a team doing something over and over that they haven't adjusted, etc, can mean the difference between a win and loss. We're going to have a damned good base and planning, which will pay big dividends in the future of the Vikings.

I'd like to keep everyone's level close, so I'm looking for newly made players. We'll begin making players on day 31, and continue filling the roster into the off season. As soon as we are relegated from AAA, I'll get the players on board with us. Hopefully bort will get the relegations done on day 41 or 42, so we can see what league we go to.
