Its a bug. It's going on for all FBs. Bort said they're looking at all FB blocking.

He's rechecking the LE. Watch him closely and he'll stop and start and move towards the LE right as the play ends. I think the Sim is picking the greatest threat, and that LE breaking free from the ROT and TE is seen as a bigger threat than the SS. At least that's what I see.

Either way, it's getting attention at least.

This is a very interesting game to watch for FB owners, mostly because the other team (The Boozehounds) have two FBs that look very capable on the outside runs. Both look fast, the starter is a true FB, the backup looks like he might be a speed TE. It looks to me like speed is what makes thelm so effective (and maybe also better sealing of the edge by the OT and TE). I actually think TE for the Boozehounds is the slightly better blocker because he gets where he's needed even faster than the true FB.

The defense is not set up well on this play, but look how the TE at FB is able to get to the line, and make the block, well before the HB gets there
