OG Shawn Andrews - http://goallineblitz.com/game/player.pl?player_id=32507
Somewhat low level, but outperforms a lot of OGs who are much higher level. He's also a special teams champ and is currently second in the league in pancakes. Don't let that fool you, because he's fast/agile too. It's hard to find plays showing his skill and speed, but maybe you can see it here (he's in the middle 3 right at the start of the kickoff, on the right side):
