1. Lincoln Navigators V 14. Parma Burglars. The Navs were the Navs again. Bang the ball on the ground, pop a few nice pass plays and play solid D. A little soft in the passing D but all in all a Hell of an effort.

Someone woke up the Parma O last time out. Turnovers and special teams break downs cost them the game, but they had their most impressive offense output in a long time.

2. Monmouth Evil Monkeys V 15. Columbus Bucks. Monmouth Exploded on BSB. Zonk had his usual effort, Mike Wolter chipped in with a solid effort and the D brought 2 back to the HOUSE.

Columbus came to play against HHW last time out. While HHW isn't the HHW of old it was still a hell of an effort holding them to 13 points. Getting stopped on the 1.5 yard line of the Cannes on a 4th down pass was heartbreaking.

Evil Monkeys win 51-14

3. Washington Wolfpack V 4. Minnesota Marauders. WW put up an amazing 730 yards of total offense against a decent Hedgehog squad. As usual they ran and ran and ran some more and as always it worked. Defensively their pass rush destroyed the Chicago O line.

Minnesota did exactly what they had to do in their win over Compton. Control the ball on the ground and pop some solid pass plays to keep the Viking D honest. Defensively they total controlled the line of scrimage.

WW wins 31-28

5. San Diego Lightning V 11. South Bay Spartans. The Lighting Exploded on special teams and did enough on O to win a shoot out over the Burglars.

SBS unleased Larry Smith Once again and the result was a W. The Spartans had some issues stopping the running game but did a solid job on the pass defense.

6. Bourbon Street Bullies V 13. Compton Vikings. BSB changed up their GP for the Monmouth game.....it didn't work.

Compton hung in their fairly well with the Marauders. Despite being dominated in yardage they kept the final margin under 3 TD's.

BSB wins 35-17

7. HHW V 12. Dallas Vaqueros. HHW got slapped around by the Bucks but still pulled out a W. A big D stand at the end of the game and a clock killing drive helped them sneak in the win.

The Hogs had a very down effort against the Pack. Their O line got destroyed by the Washington pass rush.

10. Spicewood Longhorns V 16. Richmond Rebel Yell. The Horns tried against the Navs but two turnovers and Bukka having a lousy game made any chance at the upset impossible.
