send me a PM if your interested on hearing my thoughts. there are a few different ways you can go so it depends on what you want him to do.

how you can massure a good building of a NT is the question.

IMO concentrate on strength, and get agility in the long term up to about 70. I have all my equipment in strength, so my actual strength number is about 110-115 (can't be bothered checking). Plug up the middle, take the C and RG out of the play every play by not letting either one be able to either manhandle you physically or move you out of the play with their blocking skill. If you can do that you're essentially giving your team a man advantage every play. My guy hasn't ever had more than about 40 tackles in a season, and only has 1 sack against a non-gutted opponent, but my team has been one of the best against the run for the last few seasons in West Europe AAA (and #1 this year).

Its hard to measure a good NT without just watching the games though. Individual stats don't really matter, its team stats that are the important thing for that guy. Points into D-Line General are pretty useful as well.

One big problem though is that because the game gets changed quite a bit quite often if you're completely pigeonholed into either strength or agility you aren't going to do much if changes go against you.

I like this one of mine.

Currently training speed/stamina. Once D-line general is 8(9) and speed is over 30, then I will start getting speed up and training stamina/confidence until stamina is where I want it, then I will switch to vision/jumping.

I don't know if you would consider his stats good or bad for a NT, but he is probably my favorite player watching the play by play.

4th cap strength
3rd cap agility
1st cap speed
1st cap vision
start bringing up D-line general

Train

Strength/tackling
Agility/tackling, stop when tackling reaches 35ish
Agility/speed
Speed/stamina
Vision/confidence
Confidence/stamina

I have a level 28 NT that was my first player and if I was able to redo him I would build him like this

I think in this plan you are capping speed and vision too early and ignoring the training advantages you can get training those attributes while working on gettng DL general up. IMO - he will peak too early, probably in his 6th or 7th season.

the plan is obv to train vision/speed to about 33-35 before putting any points into them

imo you're all undervaluing agility.

well if you ever sign my NT you'd have two =P
