Warrior General Games

My team is new to WEPL and I've also recently joined the GLB rankings forum/committee fwiw. There is a lot of good information talked about about the different Pro leagues and I'm going to borrow a thread idea. I'd like us to consolidate and track WEPL team scrimmages vs other Pro teams. This will help quantify how we're doing. In short, more scrimmages in general and more scrimmages vs the best teams, it will only help everyone's teams get better.

So, I'm going to go over all the WEPL teams' scrimmages and record the info here. Thanks, that one's actually already on the list at the bottom. I've captured all currently scheduled scrimmages, it's just the challenges that get accepted from this point forward I need help in capturing.

Non reflective talent comparison?
Philosophical differences in scrimmage gameplanning?
Not knowing we were in a competition?


There are many arguments that can be made, including yours. Maybe we do suck more... but maybe we don't. Maybe people were using those matches to test out their passing game, or elusive HBs, or a more pressure based defense. Maybe some were bad or dumb luck. Maybe the strong teams in WEPL were trying to face other strong teams, while the weaker teams in our league were facing talent way above themselves.

Point is; don't go eschewing others about the horses they sit on while you're riding one of your own.

Sorry, but what is the point to all this exactly? Just sounds like a d1€k measuring contest to me. Pretty much all of us are not playing any of these teams in serious competition, em, like ever so stop getting all het up about it. If WOC cares, let him do his thing. If someone doesn't care then leave them alone.

I'm pretty sure Ice & Fire will be testing some stuff during our Pro Challenge this season and if it doesn't work really well then we'll lose and that's the way of it.

This isn't Alpha & Zeta guys, relax.

Yeah, I'm not implying that any or all of these games were gameplanned, important or whatever, but I'm a stats guy and I'm simply compiling the results of the games.
