I'm about to hit 22 and boost to 25. Wondering what VA's I need to start with.

The player is a speed/agility DE. 3rd cap speed/1st cap agility. Track Star or Quick?

since the skills are pretty much of equal importance, I like to put all my equipment in to one and all my VAs into the other, I think it maximizes the effect of both that way.

1st cap agility huh, you may want to up agi more if you want to take full advantage of your spd. Remember Bort once said the amount of speed is relative to the amount of agi. I.e. it don't matter how high your speed is if you don't have an acceptable agi in range your player won't max his spd.

Around lvl 20s you're really still in the attribute building mode, so I would recommend max out Quick first. By then you should be in lvl 30s and you can think about Jump The Snap, Clutch, or Track Star.

How much are the penalties hurting you by using JtS?

I haven't seen any yet and I have 13 in JtS. Honestly though I'm not real sure how good the VA is anyway to begin with.

1 to 0.7 spd/agi ratio is prolly the most ideal
dont loose too much speed but also have enough agi

About to boost to 25 and not sure if I'm going to put them in JtS or quick.
