I need a team and I'll accept a minimum contract.

First of all, take your gear off agility or stamina, put it on str, train Agility and vision or spd to the soft cap, get vision to soft cap for sure. Don't spread out your gear like that, outside of whatever is on AE EQ, agility or Stam, and don't add more SA's for a while.
