For one you need to focus your equipment on one stat preferably. If you are going for a power HB put it all in strength or elusive put it in speed. If you spread your bonuses around especially at a higher level no team is going to look at you seriously and you should also read the HB forums and get an idea of how to build a power/elusive back properly. ATM power backs or a combo back is the way to go until elusives are fixed to be up to par with the power backs cause right now elusive backs arent great in the higher lvl leagues.

Also, putting points into special abilities is pretty much a waste at your level and I would wait until you are around 30 before you start adding anymore. The SAs need a certain amount of points into skills before they trigger and if you dont have the minimum skill points they are useless.
