I would be willing to put up a private forum if enough people would show interest in doing voting on a pro bowl team. I have no problem doing write ups on each individual player (at least from the west) but I just thought it would be more interesting to have people voting on it so it could be a small point of dotpride for players who got voted in by their peers. Any formatting would be discussed once the forum was created just to make it easier on me.

on a side note i was planning on doing a midseason pro bowl deal like CV did last season if anyone was interested.

If each team can convince one GM to put together a Pro Bowl roster as that team's nomination it would spread the effort around a bit, and give more legitimacy to the whole process than just having a few people do it. Then have those same people vote on the final roster amongst themselves.

What do you think about getting a group of representatives (1 per team?) to create nominations? Then just create a poll via a Google doc for the USAPL public. Simple can't vote for your own team rule.

I have about 3 Private Forums that we could use.

I'd be willing to help. I did a Pro Bowl roster for USAPL like three seasons ago.

If you're willing to give one up for this that would be greatly appreciated. I would like to get someone from each team to be a representative, whether it be for nominations or voting. My personal take would be to do a committee with 1 person from each team and vote amongst ourselves. We can always use McBriar's idea and have anyone vote on it once we have nominations so anyone could do their own vote if they desire. Thoughts?

I'm not sure that you'll be able to get one representative from every team, but I also feel you don't need 'em. Any Pro Bowl selections are going to have some sort of bias, the important part is acknowledging it.

Lets see how many of us can get someone to from our team to do this...
