Do you mean you're wanting advice on where to put the stats on your 32 equipment?

I'm no LB expert by any stretch. Not knowing where you have your equipment bonuses now I would put the 4 you have into speed or agility, whichever has the least equipment bonus.

I found this useful for training my players. http://www.glbwiki.com/index.php?title=Leveling#Automatic_Attribute_Gains

That's just my opinions and if a true LB expert comes in and offers more sound advice, I would listen to him.

Strength, Tackling to at least 2nd cap IMO.

You're pretty much doing everything right as far as I can see. I'd put the equ on speed (depending on where it is now) and work on strength and tackling.

Pretty good. I'd hard-cap tackling and strength in that order. Add EQ to whatever skill you've currently got your EQ in. I've found that in my experience at MLB, strength is somewhat overrated (if the way most people on here build their MLBs is any indication...) and agility is underrated. You'll definitely wind up with a lot of sacks and tackles with your speed and agility, I can tell you that much.

Eventually, when you've got tackling to the hard-cap and strength to at least the soft-cap, it would definitely be worth your while to invest in 'Monster Hit'. Given that you'll be getting the first licks on the RB and QB, having the ability to knock morale down significantly and cause fumbles is HUGE (Take this advice with a grain of salt though )

take speed to the 5:1 cap, keep str and tackling on training for now, lay off the SAs

VAs... u can't go wrong with the attribute VAs (quick is always good when in doubt) but maybe others will chime in about VAs?

I think that is a fantastic build so far. Especially how smartly you have trained the assisting categories of jumping/catching/conf to the levels you have.

On my MLB I have 15 VAs in the D-Gen and a 7 in my SA d-Gen, so it fires quite often and our secondary seems to have had a boost per other players comments.

You can take this a couple ways. Train str/tack until tack gets to softcap or at least near softcap. Then start putting most of your skill points into tackling to at least 55. your strength should be around 40 by then and should afford you an above average performance vs. power backs at an AAA level. Eventually work up to tackling to 60 and strength to 50.

the one sometimes disheartening thing about switching to a MLB position from outside is the amount of points you will suddenly need to spend in D-gen which can get expensive. That is the reason most OLBs have the luxury of higher critical categories. My teammates are a fan but if you are gonna switch back positions then it might be a waste.

If you are on a team as a 'lifer' and are slotted as the MLB for the next 5-6 seasons then you might consider that avenue. If you do you still need to address that tackling becomes your priority among categories foremost.

Nice job and good luck. Looks great!

ninja edit: rolling a good piece of AE might mess with your regular equip. i haven't gotten a nice piece for my MLB yet in 3 seasons. Some people go 3 pieces speed 1 agility , 2 and 2, or 4 and 0. Personal preference based on your choice and success.

Tackling, then strength, then more tackling, while training sta/cnf.

There is definitely some benefit to decently high strength for MLB. You will be much less likely to be insta-pancaked by guards and centers who make it to the second level or pull to fill the gap you're trying to run blitz through. You can't make a tackle from your duff in GLB, as far as I can tell. You don't need a ton of strength, it won't really help with fumbles and you aren't engaging blockers for long periods of time, but if you get knocked to the ground easily, the blocker can move on to the LOLB if he's fast enough, it's your job to fill that gap long enough to let the SS or LOLB get in for the tackle.

You can judge whether you have enough strength to do it or not, by watching the replays.

I'd recommend working on the Jumping/Catching duo as well. Jumping is good for diving tackles, and pass coverage, both of which are strengths of yours. As a MLB, you'd be covering the HB a lot in pass coverage, so you some quick cut AE would probably be the best type for you.
