give your list of Top 3 teams (not counting your own) in Alpha or Zeta and a quick reason why. no need to rank them. just your idea of the best teams in your league.

Here are mine for Zeat

Prague Punishers- #2 offense #1 defense. The top running team
Stewart Ballers. - #4 offense #4 defense. Defending Champ untill proven other wise
Odesa Outlaws - #7 offense #5 defense. well rounded team

Alpha

Emmaus - Definite top team in Alpha, possibly EE Pro. The additions of the Yetis made them the conference front runner and they are proving it

Ninjas - Have been on the top since season 5, and are still up there. #2 ranked rushing attack which is the thing for season 8. Makes them hard to stop and can dominate time of possesion

Pregls - Have alot of high levels and still haven't lost to a Alpha team. Just not sure how their defense will hold up through the season

Alpha - Top teams here are different every day in my mind.

Ufa - No need to explain, they are VERY solid and win within and out of division on a constant basis.

Budapest Devils - The one loss is irritating, but I think they are a sleeper.

Ninjas - Not sold on them yet, the had a easy early schedule, but I think they are for real.

Zeta - I think the TOP 3 here are clear, in my mind.

Ballers - Until 40 stops improving, there is no argument.

Prague - Has a good shot at end the above mentioned in the am, we will see.

Odessa - I know them well, and they are legit.

Zeta

Hrm .. well

- Stewart is a damn good team, they have pretty darn good tactics, Ive been scouting them and their offensive tactics are really solid, a lot of what they do looks similar to what we do on Prague .. copy? Who knows, and who cares .. they are good and are also repping us well in the tournies. Their WR Erwin is also very very good, he wins a lot of games for them all by himself.

- SGA, looks like they care again this season, MUCH more respectable team, stole Ralpy's TE from BSoDF .. he was on their team a LONG time, so I guess Raider is very persuasive, most of their improvements and depth have come internally from high level players. Running game has always been their thing, they have the top average in rushing per carry in Zeta this season .. I guess we will see how good they are when they play Prague and Stewart

- Odessa (one or two s's depending if you are Russian or Ukrainian it seems), either way good team defensive beatdowns of some solid teams ... they are the ideal of running the ball and clock control .. I figure that will come back to haunt them if they get down to some good teams, but Rexmajon (of former LRC and Prague experience) is their powerback and hes a very good one, I really dont think that they have unleashed him yet .. but hes no secret to anyone in Zeta.

alpha

ufa - they have a well balanced attack led by their HB kublai khan. defense is stout.
pregls - fear the pregls. they can put up points on anyone.
emmaus - look to be a top tier team. they are proven winners, but i dont know too much about them yet. that'll change soon enough.

Zeta ..

Prague. Playing at a higher level than last year, from what I can tell. Only team I've really looked at real closely on this list - as we've already played them. Can they pass? Will they pass?

Stewart. Champs until someone takes it away. Don't seem to be clicking yet this year; intelligent owner will get them firing on all cylinders soon though.

Vaaaadwaaaaauuur. Team of testers, better not underestimate them Hella's already has the 2 play playbook set for the next match-up.

UFA - Kublai Khan keys their konsistency. (sorry had to) They are the class of Alpha. Hands down.

Ninjas - They rely on a solid D and a numbing offense. It'll be interesting how they respond when they face someone who will break their defense.

Pregls/Devils - I can't really put one without the other and I can't fathom leaving either off the list so I'm cheating. The Devils are a little underrated in this league and if too many teams over look them, they could do some serious damage. Unfortunately, they are a step behind the leaders and probably won't have what it takes to win it all. Not before they do some damage though. The pregls on the other hand are intriguing. I don't know much about them, but I have noticed their ability (and one of the few teams to do so) to pass the ball successfully. We'll see when they reach a top secondary (see Emmaus ) if they can win. My hunches say they'll struggle to score, but thats why they play the game.
