Please don't talk anyone out of creating a blocking TE. That is the position probably in the highest demand. It is actually pretty efficient to make a blocking TE because TEs only have 4 major attributes to a OTs 5. If someone builds a blocking TE correctly, they will never have to worry about a job.

Blocking TE's are AWESOME now that there are TE1/TE2 slots:

Basically just build your guy as a second ROT/FB-type hybrid. There are a few other tricks that I'm sure you can figure out if you think about it for awhile.

yeah while i slow build i buy stamina gear... i wont be touching stamina until later, after i cap agil and triple cap str

also you take an attribute hit when putting an OT or G at TE to block.... ive tried it before and its effective on inside runs, but they lose a LOT of mobility if its a pitch or screen
