I think he looks good. I would get his strength up to around true 69 and at least 60 true agi. I would run on around -25 - -50 personally. If you are level 28 you should be working on two pieces of advanced equipment. Invest in some break tackle and youll be golden

I would rate as a 6.5 out of 10 but with more strength he could be 8/10

Thanks. That's the advice I'm looking for. My plan is to get his STR up to the 3rd cap. I'm am currently working on another piece of Adv. EQ, but I haven't found a worthy enough piece yet. Plus, I only have 16 tokens saved in a crappy eq so I will need atleast 8 more.

I'm running 50/50 right now and it's working out really well right now.
