My apologies to everyone for not posting on here in months. I used to be a HUGE poster in the early days of the BBB #16 League. I'm pretty much the only charter member left as far as I know. The Milwaukee Beermen were here in the beginning as well, although they've changed a lot. We were the laughing stock of the BBB #16 Eastern Conference in Season 2, going 1-15. The Eastern Conference was always (and still is) the better conference. I will work very hard to get back on here more. I've been EXTREMELY busy over the past few months studying for an upcoming promotion test. Hopefully I get it. Thanks for all the nice comments about our beloved Ballbusters. I predicted from the beginning that it would be a long, hard climb to the top. I guess I was right. Team loyalty is of the utmost importance. It's not a guarantee that I'll finally move up after this season, but it does look good.

I lied. The New York Mustangs have been here since the beginning as well. Shame on me!

Welcome back Redbo.. missed ya around here. Good to see you still around!!!

East Dominance continues!

The East will dominate until the Ballbusters and New York Mustangs are gone. That's just the way it has to be. Thanks Dome! It's wicked awesome to be back on this forum again. FINALLY I've got some free time again.

I was so pissed when I saw you got shafted on promotion last season. That was outright criminal.

Glad to see you back around, however, and looking forward to seeing both MV and the Mustangs again next season.

I'll be pulling for MV but here's to NY, too. Make it a good Conference Finals... since there's little hope for the Division Finals.

Ya got a nice team there Red. Nice to see you on the forums again....not that I spend much time here.

We can't count out those Monkeys either. They're the team I'm worried about the most. They were up in the A League and got sent down. They have quite a solid team. I'll be honest, I don't want to move up without a trophy. It would feel like we moved up for nothing after being here since the beginning.

I used to be here every day. Once The Columbus Woodys moved up (they're in the USA Pro League now) things quieted down on here a bit. We lost a LOT of great teams season after season as they moved up. The BBB #16 League (Eastern Conference) was actually BETTER than the USA #8 League at one time. It was BRUTAL! It's nice to be able to FINALLY win now although I really miss the competition. The key is to keep your players together and you WILL eventually be moving up as well. That's what happened to us.

Same thing happened in the BBB#8. It was a steady stream of "Ocho" teams moving through A, AA and into AAA until the realignment a season or so back.

The Furious George vs. Martha's Vineyard Ballbusters game is going to be ridiculous! You both way outlevel everybody in this league, with the exception of maybe Lowcountry, it's just obscene. It is really sad that these two teams won't be playing for the league title, as they should since they are head and shoulders above everyone else. Oh well, like it was aleady said, will make a hell of a Conference Final as the winner is a lock for the Championship Trophy. Good Luck to you both and Good Luck up in A next year.

It's funny you mention that, Benchwarmer4! Almost every season, the conference final in the BBB #16 East has been the game of the year. I'm looking forward to playing The Furious George, although I must admit that I'm a little nervous about it, too. I really hate to move up without a trophy. Either way, I'm excited that it will be a great game and am hoping to prevail in the end.

I agree RED it should be an awesome game. And a lot of me wishes that you guys beat us, since you've been in the league forever. But on the other hand we're also itching to take on New York.

ROW rules the west. and the east. and your wife and/or girlfriend. jk might own your husband/boyfriend.

"Tha Row" (is that like 'The U'?) is in for a rude awakening when they meet the East.
