I'm not entirely sure what the percentages for TE/HB/FB Pass Block/Run Route mean.

For example, if the TE run route % is 100 does that mean he never blocks?

Do these things help determine what plays are called?

I dunno, the whole thing baffles me. If anyone has explanations or tips for these settings I would appreciate hearing them. Thanks.

All those are for, is to tell the sim how often you want that player to stay in and block on a passing play.

For a low level league, you're going to want FB set at 0% run route probably. HB and TE will depend on how well you protect the QB.
