I would cap tackling, then second cap vision, then second cap tackling, then cap strength, while training jmp/cth. I'd reset the VA and put it all into quick.
Train Jumping & Catching, and put your next 15 SP into capping both Strength and Tackling.
If you had more vision, it would be a good coverage LOLB build Right now, it seems to be a more coverage based ROLB build, but the ROLB normally takes the fullback in coverage, right? He's fast enough to be there in pursuit in runs to the opposite side, but his strength and tackling are too low for him to be considered a good run stopper. I'm not sure how important strength is for blitzing, but that would probably be the best way to use you, and hope that the runningbacks don't pickup the blitz.
I'm not sure how your defensive coordinator is using you, but it is a good build.
