What does everyone use for defense?

Would be nice if you said defense of offense.

I use quite a bit of 4-3 against Sback, and anything from 4-3 to 3-1 against Shotgun/

Really... 4-3 vs single back? Does that mean you use a lot of Zone or Cover 1/0 with Man?

He uses Cover 3 vs. Singleback, I believe. Take a look at some of Halifax's games from last season. I've mostly been too scared to trust a Cover 3 in that situation, but if you look at the available plays from the SB set, it is a very viable option in many cases.

A cover 3 and you would get picked apart for 10-15 yards every play.
