Its hard to stop with a super fast QB. Plenty of ways. Remember if you do one thing you make an opening to another. Theres a pre-made Def. play called DE contain. And theres a few LB contain. And a LB plays a zone to the flat. So you do have some options. As long as you get guys to the outside your fine.
