I'd say don't upgrade your strength anymore and run on 50% elusive. Then work on your agility/speed and bring the slider up to 99%.

You didn't invest too much into your SA's, I did the same thing early on and everyone told me I screwed up big. You will be a few "levels" below someone that is the same level as you and didn't spend on many SAs early, but with a good build you can compensate and eventually catch up.

Reset your VAs and dont use red zone freak, not worth it, especially at such low levels. No VA is going to make a big difference at all with less than 10 points in it unless it is an attribute VA. Even then, go with all attribute VAs for now, reset and max out Quick or Track Star.

which of those two would you suggest I max out?

It really depends on everything about your build, what does your equipment look like and what is your carrying stat at right now?

I would say, it depends on what kind of back you want from here on out, if you want just a pure speedster, then put your VA's into track star...if you want to eventually run super elusive and want to be a shifty back, put em all in Quick.

What "I" did and would recommend, since you have a very, VERY similar build to what I had at that level, was took my weaknesses and made them my strength. I actually had for my elusive tree all fives at the time and 2 in cover up, similar to yours. I focused on agility so that I could actually USE the SAs I bought early on when I shouldn't have and I suggest the same for you. It worked. Max out quick, get your carrying up to 50 as that affects breaking tackles, and just start plugging away at agility in training. Don't neglect speed, but for your build I would emphasize agility right now. I would say for every 3 points your raise agility, raise 1 speed.

You are always going to be a few levels behind though, I see a few wasted skill points that go on beyond your SAs that hurt you. No HB needs almost 30 in jumping, that could have gone to bolstering your core attributes more. You should be fine though in the long run.

I'm still not convinced that elusive works very well. I have a HB with >100 speed and 80 agility, and put my bar at 50 elusive for our last two scrimmage games. He stunk. I think I'll be going back to 0 (combo), which has always been more effective.

It works for me, my first regular season game was 400 yards, 4 tds, and 10 break tackles. It really is about your build and the offense your team runs.
