Since there seems to be some confusion, I'm going to make one -- and only one -- exception to the three day rule. I will not, however, make exceptions to the having a scrimmage slot open rule. If you didn't leave a slot available for the tournament, you will forfeit.

For the teams that I've posted as forfeiting - you have until 8:00 pm CST on day 1 to schedule your opening round match. Please post when you have sent the challenge so there is a record of the challenge being sent so if the other team says they did not get it, I can point them back to the forum. If a team says they sent a challenge and you did not get it, please post in response to them saying as much.

I apologize for the confusion, I thought I had made it abundantly clear numerous times what was expected and required but given the number of forfeitures (20 out of 64), I feel it's best to give a one time exception. I'm not sure we'll be able to get this tournament done in time now, but I'll do everything I can to speed the process up.

The good news is that it becomes easier to schedule scrimmages around midway through the season. Right now there are a lot of teams using their two free scrimmages to see what adjustments they need to make for Season 8. Thankfully most teams don't ever use their free scrims or we'd have no opportunity at all to run tourneys.

I hope the Cheetahs can get something done rule wise to be allowed to stay. I don't have any openings left and neither does the other team...neither of us have a scrim scheduled until day two to have one open. As anyone on vent can attest (stobie, vawn, fondolotz), I knew of this game but have had no challenges sent to me about it.

My apologies to everyone involved if this is a pain in the ass and will delay anything

I don't have any Pending and none to offer. It looks like Sebring won't have any for 2 more days either to offer. I never recieved an offer on this either. I've been out of town for a few days so I didn't know we were "on the clock" Sorry

Since I gave everyone else a second chance, I will you two as well - please send scrimmage request as soon as one becomes available and please keep one slot open from now on. I won't be as "nice" the next time around.

As long as you post it in your regional bracket that you made an attempt, you'll be covered.
