Do you have a run stopping DE? Do you have a balanced DE?

i heard setting it to run focus won't affect the DE's passrush so i wanna know that too

Im set to pass focus. I shed block often and make tackles for losses or minimal yards. This does not answer the question but its the only advice I have.
