needs A LOT more speed and agility

I'm not trying to be rude man, but at lvl 28 you'll barely catch offensive linemen with 38 speed, you for sure won't catch any TEs or FBs and REALLY won't catch any HBs.

You need a lot more speed, at lvl 28 you should be 70+ speed.

I agree. Nothing personal, just advice from a bunch of people who have seen a lot of LB builds.

Too many points in Special Abilities and Pass Rusher Abilities. Good luck with your next player.
