Calm Nerves when you've finished pumping Conf (2nd/3rd/4th cap depending on your priorities)
Big Boot once Str is 48 or more.
I personally wait until I'm done pumping K and Conf before doing anything else.

I personally was not going to touch mine until I have natural 68 kicking,conf and 61 str and vision but others may be more have a better idea as to when .
