So I have a question about the QB build for the starting QB on a team I GM. What should be the focus as far as future skill points and training? This is a pocket passer build. Also what style passing should be used? Bullet or medium?

I have told him to put any future equipment upgrades into vision. Right now all equipment is on throwing and nothing else.

So when he gets his next level upgrade does he continue with vision? or is strength or confidence the next step?

Medium for sure, and I'd personally say get strength up a bit and then pump up Tight Spiral. BUT with the changes to vision this season, if he levels up soon, it might be smart to have him hold on to the points for a few games until we all see how much of an effect those vision changes are having. In a week, if the boards are all abuzz 'bout how well high vision QBs are doing, that'll be the smart way to go. As far as training, I'd have him stick with speed/agil.

I agree. Bullet passing is God awful. It's only useful if you're a good QB playing on a gutted team and you want to avoid having a ton of INTs.

I would get Throwing to the 3rd cap if you aren't already...it looks depending on the state of your equipment you're either at the 3rd cap or just under it. Once you do that I strongly recommend (1) 2nd capping strength, (2) 2nd capping confidence, (3) pumping tight spiral. I'm not sure whether you should 3rd cap strength or vision...I plan to for my Lv. 15 QB eventually but that's a long way off.

If you're training on advanced I'd do agility & stamina until stamina is at 40, then speed & agility. There aren't many other attributes for you to train atm though, just those 3.
