3) +1 Superior Vision
4) +1 Closing Speed
5) +1 Sticky Hands

I have a lvl 47 FS with 90 speed, 70 agility and 62 Vision. Which would be the best AEQ to upgrade? VA's are Zone Specialist and Football Genius (vision). Also have 8 in Super Vision SA.

I am leaning more towards Super Vision or the First Step one more then anything.

Any recommendations? Also considering Closing Speed.

Since you have 8 in SV already, an adv. piece will finally take that to 12 or 13. Since Bort mentioned, that SAs above 10 are only adding a very small piece, I'd go with another adv. piece.
