I don't care about being a starter or not as long as I get fair playing time. No need for a huge salary either, minimal salary and bonus is perfectly fine. He still needs three lvl 24 equipment upgrades.

He's more of an experiment than anything so I'm not expecting a starting job for the moment, backup and STs are fine.
