I have a QB his name is Jermaine Derfoe and he is level 31 with 625 in exp so half way to 32 he has custom equipment and if you want me to I will boost him all three levels next season so he will be level 34... he builds (my oppinion) is good
my contract ran out at day 40 and will choose a team as soon as possible..

2 year deal
dont care about money just enought to train and then i might wish money for lvl 32 equipment and try to redo it
a active team with gameplans for every game
