Many suggestions, not chronological.

1) your speed is too low, at least 70-75 to be effective
2) your TV is too low, at least 7 to be effective

These 2 should take you awhile.

yes if ur speed rusher you need much more speed than that

not sold on spd, how is agility only around 80 a level 31? That would be my focus.
